PICK · PROMOTE · TRACK · DOUBLE DOWN
A simple system for choosing AI tools to promote, tracking commissions, planning content, and keeping your affiliate workflow organized.
Affiliate income compounds when you build it as a system, not a spam link strategy.
Creators, freelancers, side hustlers, agencies, YouTubers, local businesses. The narrower your audience, the higher your conversion rate on every tool you promote.
Voice tools for YouTubers. Video tools for creators. Writing tools for freelancers. Do not promote a tool your audience will never use — trust is your most valuable asset.
Tutorials, comparisons, workflows, mistakes, and realistic use cases convert better than hype. Education IS the conversion. The affiliate link is the last 10% of the content.
Know which content produced clicks, signups, and commissions. Use UTM parameters or platform dashboards. A link you cannot track is a leak in your funnel.
Which tools got clicks? Which content got saves? Which affiliate produced revenue? Double the content on the top performer. Cut or pause the rest.
Use these fields in your spreadsheet tracker — download the XLSX below.
| Field | What to Record |
|---|---|
| Tool / Program | Name of the affiliate program (e.g. ElevenLabs, Murf AI, Seedance). |
| Category | Voice, video, writing, design, hosting, email, automation, etc. |
| Commission | Recurring %, flat payout, or one-time bounty. Note if it's per signup or per sale. |
| Cookie Duration | How long after a click you may receive credit. 30 days, 90 days, lifetime, etc. |
| Approval Status | Not applied / Pending / Approved / Rejected. Update when status changes. |
| Affiliate Link | Your full tracking URL. Store it here so it's always one click away. |
| Content Angle | Tutorial, review, comparison, demo, listicle, or case study. |
| Primary CTA | Where do you send traffic? Freebie, YouTube, tool link, app waitlist, or product. |
| Clicks / Signups / Revenue | Pull from your affiliate dashboard weekly. Even rough numbers guide decisions. |
| Next Action | What to publish or improve next. One clear task per program per week. |
These are already wired into the CFS ecosystem. Use these links — they're yours to promote.
Each affiliate tool can produce at least six pieces of content. Rotate through these angles to avoid repetition and test what converts.
Never run the same angle twice in a row for the same tool. Rotate: Demo → Comparison → Workflow → Mistake → Case Study → Roundup → repeat. Six angles = six weeks of content per program.
Spend 15 minutes every Monday reviewing these. The data tells you where to double down.
